1. Eat a light meal-avoid treatment on an empty stomach or after a heavy meal.
2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a pair of shorts.
3. Avoid the use of alcohol or recreational drugs for several hours before and after your treatment.
4. Empty your bladder before commencing your treatment.
